The Future of Pots

Get More Creative

I'm always looking for ways to become more creative, to enhance what I have learned thus far as a multiplier for future work. Perhaps this comes from always feeling that I'm not the most creative person to start with, and realizing that I must maximize what I have and add to it wherever possible.

The common question goes something like, "Where do you get your ideas?" Mine come from unusual experiences, images, and dreams to be sure, but most often they're sparked by ideas from other people.

Among its many other virtues, the web is a near-perfect medium for this kind of research, skipping from one conceptual space to another to get clusters of neurons firing; firing in new patterns, overfiring, firing at each other, burning out, regenerating.

So, I felt compelled to make a list of sites I've found that have "left a mark". I hope you too find some inspiration in them. If you know of others not listed here, I'd be pleased to hear about them.
