How to pay St. Earth Pottery using PayPal
What is Paypal?
Paypal is an online payment system that is quick, secure and very efficient at transfering funds. It has become the standard method of making payments via the internet, and is widely accepted by a variety of vendors. Once you have an account, you can use it to transfer money to anyone with an email account. The transactions are all electronic, so there's no wait at either end for the mail, checks to clear, etc. I will generally ship pots within 24 hours of receiving payment via Paypal. It's reliable for both buyers and sellers because both parties are registered through the Paypal verification system.

Sign up for an account
Go to the PayPal website and create an account. It's a fairly simple process and is free. Use the step by step guide on the Paypal site to register. They will ask you to add a credit card initially, which they will verify with your bank or credit card company. (Later you can add a checking account if you wish to pay and transfer funds electronically from your bank account instead of your credit card). They will send you an email verification of your account creation and then you're ready to send money.

Send Money
Login to your new Paypal account and click on "SEND MONEY". Once you have a Paypal account, you can transfer money to and from a checking account, or use a credit card for online transactions.

Security Info
Once you have a PayPal account, be careful using it, just as with any other online financial service. When you're signed in on the PayPal site, the URL should always begin with https://www.paypal.com. This assures that you are on their secure site. Never submit your account information to anyone by email, and be wary of "phishing" and "spoofing" attacks that attempt to collect your account information.
