21st Century Ceramics in the United States and Canada Show
October - December, 2003

My pots were featured in an invitational show at CCAD titled 21st Century Ceramics in the United States and Canada. The show consists of 2 works each by 250 artists, and was intended as a snapshot of the state of the ceramics field in the new century.
The American Ceramic Society published an exhibition catalog, including photos of every piece in the exhibit and essays by many artists. My essay, titled The Future of Pots, appeared in the catalog and is excerpted in the December 2003 issue of Ceramics Monthly. (The catalog was previously available from the American Ceramic Society and Amazon.com, but now appears to be out of print.)
